Brett Doster

President


Brett Doster founded The Front Line Agency in 2005. The agency provides nationally recognized and award-winning advertising services to successful conservative political candidates throughout the country.

Doster currently co-hosts the radio show and podcast America in View. He has been listed by Florida Trend as one of Florida’s 500 most influential business leaders 8 years in a row.

Among his many roles in politics, Doster has served as a Senior Advisor to Jeb Bush, Pam Bondi, Mitt Romney, Roy Moore, and Connie Mack IV. He has served on Presidential campaigns in Iowa, Ohio, and South Carolina, where he was based for nine months during the 2016 Presidential Primary.

Earlier in his career, Doster served as campaign manager for the Tom Gallagher for Governor Campaign from 2005-2006; as the Florida Executive Director for the Bush-Cheney 2004 Presidential Re-election Campaign from 2003-2004; as the Executive Director for the Coalition to Protect Florida in 2002; and as the Florida Political Director for the Bush-Cheney 2000 Campaign. He entered politics as a Special Assistant to Jeb Bush in the first Jeb Bush for Governor Campaign.

From 2001 to 2003, Doster served as Florida’s Deputy Director of the Office of Tourism, Trade, and Economic Development.

Doster has lectured for Florida State University and Georgetown University. He serves as a board member of the Florida Pregnancy Care Network and is an elder at Westminster Presbyterian Church.

A sixth-generation Floridian, Doster is a direct descendant of a Pioneer Family of Florida. He is a graduate of The Citadel, the Military College of South Carolina. He and his wife, Iris, and their five children reside near Tallahassee.
